Booking Deadlines & Cancellations

Booking Cut-off: All services must be booked no later than 14 days before the scheduled service date/time to ensure availability. 

Service Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt by Tom Shaw Photography Ltd, for which a confirmation email will be issued. 

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking without charge up to 10 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made 7 days of the service date will incur a fee of 10%  of the total booking cost, plus any applicable administration charges. 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or in the event of a no-show, will result in forfeiture of the full booking cost. 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of the current version.
